I aim to provide an empathic and secure therapeutic space where you can freely explore your inner world and take risks in the outside world. One may have relationship difficulties, be depressed or anxious, experience trauma, or just feel incomplete and want to expand their self-development. Some people's everyday coping strategies have become less effective over time. Others may find themselves repeating distressing patterns in their lives or feeling something's wrong, unable to verbalize or comprehend their pain. We will work together to make sense of your experience through insight and emotional understanding. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in a clinical setting, as well as in my previous role as a school social worker. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, with practical considerations, in which we can explore the conscious and factors outside of your awareness in your situation and develop solutions to your problems in the here and now.
