Life can feel heavy sometimes, and it’s okay to ask for help finding your way forward. I'm a therapist serving individuals in Missoula, Montana, both in person and virtually, as well as virtually in Colorado. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds — kids, teens, college students, parents, and athletes — who are facing anxiety, depression, grief, performance pressure, relationship struggles, or significant life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and work toward more confidence, stronger connections, and a greater sense of balance and direction. I help individuals tune in and better understand themselves and their familial system. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. I work relationally, meaning our connection is central to the process—because I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen and supported.
