Despite being wired for connection, we often find ourselves "winging it" in relationships. Many of us didn't get the relationship blueprint we needed. This can often lead to a frustrating cycle filled with misunderstandings and loneliness. Sexual desire and fulfillment can easily suffer as a result. As an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and trained relationship therapist, I help clients gain the clarity and confidence needed to effectively navigate these obstacles. While I welcome all clients, I am particularly passionate about offering a safe and affirming space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
