Are you trying to heal from emotional pain? Are you having difficulty maintaining healthy relationships? Are you feeling as though you have to hold everything together all on your own? If so, you are not alone. I have worked with people with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief/loss, and challenges related to life transitions and adjustments. I'm most energized working with folks who are willing to go on a journey of exploration and change, moving toward the life they want to live. For those for whom a spiritual component (or any form) is important, individuals are welcome to include this in the process.
