A lot of the clients I work with are grappling with codependency issues, childhood trauma/growing up in dysfunctional families; caregivers struggling with burn-out and grief; individuals looking for extra support as they make their way in recovery and a 12 step program; individuals from the LGBTQ community; and people looking at life transitions such as divorce, empty nest syndrome, career changes, and redefining life purpose and meaning.
