About
Rewrite your story. Reclaim your voice. I help deep thinkers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those facing grief, identity questions, anxiety, or disordered eating explore the stories shaping their lives—and (re)author ones that empower healing and meaning. With a background in both mental health counseling and a doctorate in English Lit., I specialize in narrative therapy grounded in culture, creativity, and collaboration. My style is warm, thoughtful, and attuned to systems—recognizing that personal pain often echoes cultural and historical pressures. Together, we’ll explore not just what hurts, but what’s possible. Your voice matters. To me good therapy has to speak to mind, body, and spirit. It has to be all-encompassing. My training and educational background allow me to do that. I have a PhD in English Literature, which allows me to bring creative expression into my work (writing, creative arts therapy). I also have specialized training in mind-body issues like chronic pain/illness.
