I have a warm and open relational style that communicates value and worth to my clients. My goal is to elicit your own strengths to make the change that you want. Too much guidance takes away your own autonomy, and too little keeps you confused, but finding the balance is one of the keys to good therapy. My clients appreciate my client centered and accepting style and most of my referrals come from previous client's recommendations. I have extensive experience with addiction, codependence, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, OCD, perfectionism, and ADHD.
