You don’t need to talk in circles to feel better. Real change happens when we get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck—and begin to heal from the inside out. I help adults and teens move through anxiety, depression, burnout, and disconnection by working directly with the nervous system, core beliefs, and inner parts that are often just trying to protect you. My approach blends somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based CBT to support deep, lasting transformation—not just symptom relief.
