Therapy and inner healing can be challenging. It requires not only commitment, but also the willingness to face discomfort in order to grow. My role is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. The relationship we build together is central to your healing journey and to achieving meaningful, lasting change. My training has shaped a primarily cognitive-behavioral, biopsychosocial, and holistic approach to treatment, while also drawing from other evidence-based methods as needed.
