I work with both children and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression, as well as working extensively with parents who are struggling with challenging behaviors or who are looking to provide a healthy and loving environment for their child(ren). I have a wealth of experience with parents, college students, and school age children, teaching coping strategies and healthier ways of looking at the world to improve their quality of life. I have a 4 legged co-worker, Winnie Cooper, who accompanies me to work each day and is a bright spot to many of my clients. I also am well versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques and have extensive life experience that allows me to connect with individuals of all ages and stages of life.
