Having the opportunity to sit with people, listen to their stories and accompany them as they seek help at critical times in their lives is a great privilege. The process of coming to know a person deeply and helping them sort out thoughts and feelings about themselves, their relationships and their daily struggles is a task I approach with humility, empathy, compassion and respect. ;I use an integrative approach with a focus on empowering clients to draw upon their own strengths and experiences in order to meet life challenges.
