My clients come to therapy carrying emotional pain from a sudden life change or a quiet unraveling they can’t quite name. They feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and often ask themselves, “How did I get here?" They’re caught in relationship patterns, they swore they’d change, patterns that feel destructive, sour the quality of their lives, and leave behind pain that won’t go away. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, depression, grief, and a loss of self-awareness, of who they are beneath the roles, the survival strategies, and the emotional fatigue they have experienced.
