Life can be full of unexpected challenges. At times we may experience periods of distress, or feel overwhelmed in managing things. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with 30+ years of experience working with individuals and families around issues including depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, substance use, trauma, abuse and grief. I am passionate about helping people, and I provide a safe and supportive space where we can work collaboratively to develop meaningful goals to work towards positive change. I use a client centered, and strengths based approach to help promote personal growth, self awareness and healing.
