I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience. I approach therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective, drawing upon dialectical therapy skills, EMDR skills, and a person-centered approach to individualize each person’s treatment. My extensive experience has equipped me with the skills and expertise to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
