As a Nurse Practitioner, sex therapist and intimacy counselor, I believe love and connection are central to human happiness. Through discreet virtual sessions, I help individuals and couples overcome obstacles to intimacy – opening the door to deeper connections, with increased love and affection. Difficulties with intimacy can arise at different points across the lifespan. Childbirth, stress of work/life balance, menopause, cancer treatments, and aging can all create or intensify barriers to sexual fulfillment.
