I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult moments. I strongly encourage clients to address urgent symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and drug/alcohol dependence. I offer psycho-education and methods for altering oppressive behavioral and thinking patterns.I have spent my career supporting adolescent boys and adult men who struggle with anger management, emotional regulation, and poor impulse control.
