I provide therapy to adults struggling with their thoughts, emotions, health, or who are stuck in patterns that are unhelpful. I create a warm and inviting space for exploration and personal growth and use evidence-based tools to help create the context for change. I also provide psychological evaluations to clients across the lifespan.
