My ideal clients presenting problems would consist of adults struggling with controlling their behavior. These individuals may experience not feeling in control of themselves. Individuals may feel as if outside obligations or internal struggles has taken over their lives and feel stuck in an abusive cycle. These clients would want to decrease impulsive and destructive behavior. These clients would seek control over their behavior for the betterment of themselves and those they love. These clients will want the stability they may have never experienced. Stability will look like financial, emotional, physical, and relational.
