Hello, I’m glad you’re here! I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with a focus on mental health and trauma. I work with adults, teens, & children to support a variety of needs. You won't freak me out, I promise! If you have been feeling off lately, you’re not alone. Things really are hard, overwhelming, and exhausting and it can feel like the bad things will never stop. It doesn't have to feel that way forever. If you tend to worry, feel like your mind won’t stop running, and feel your feelings pretty deeply, we will probably work well together.
