Hi, I’m Max, a San Diego-based licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), practicing since 2017. I have experience in multiple models of therapy, most extensively Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I like to work with people through periods of self-discovery and growth, to craft a personal narrative that feels grounded and real. Whether this is gender transition, relationship changes, grappling with a new diagnosis, or understanding effects of past experiences, it has to make sense to you in your own words.
