Rooted in a DIY, harm reduction, community care ethos, I believe everyone is the expert on their own experiences. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to do it alone. My identities—trans, abolitionist, disabled, neurodivergent, chronically ill, anti-zionist, and queer—deeply inform my approach to healing and therapy. I operate from an anti-racist, anti-carceral, anti-capitalist, disability justice informed framework. I am kink informed, support sex workers, am familiar with non-monogamy, and oppose all forms of prisons, policing, and borders. I think struggling in an unwell society is a sign of humanity, not illness.
