I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to share and feel heard. Every client has his or her unique way of relating to others and learning, which impacts what kind of therapy, will be effective. I come alongside my clients to explore, encourage, and support them in the therapeutic process while developing skills to take with them as they continue on their own personal journey. I utilize different theoretical concepts including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance/Commitment (ACT) Solution Focus and Play/Art therapies, while consistently viewing clients through the lens of developmental stages and attachment styles.
