My name is May, a bilingual (English and Mandarin) therapist with 8+ years of experience. I was born and raised in Shanghai, and I moved to the states when I was 18. I have been a therapist since 2017 and work really well with people who identify themselves as Overthinkers and/or HSP (highly sensitive person). I have been supporting many AAPI clients understand how each of their lived experiences is shaped by the systems around them—family of origin, society, culture, and beyond. I feel honored to support my multicultural clients as they explore their identities and experience the healing power of being truly seen.
