Namaste, my name is Maya and I view therapy as a truly personal and immersive experience for my client. The therapeutic relationship must have trust, transparency and unconditional positive regard. The work (yes, therapy requires work!) we embark upon is driven by the mental and emotional wants and needs of the client. You can expect at times you may need to get uncomfortable in therapy with me, in order to, get to the place of comfort you seek. My professional background is diverse from mental health and social services to education and media. I have work with people of all ages, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
