Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina. I am licensed in both NC and CA. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California. I have been practicing for 9 years with 16 years experience in the mental health field. I help young adults, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, and simply the ups and downs of life. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, what works for you and what doesn't work for you, and your expectations as a client. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through. From the first session I strive to create a trusting, safe environment where you feel you can be your authentic self without judgement. I pride myself in being compassionate and understanding. I will challenge you to look within yourself and empower you to make changes at your own pace.
