I entered the mental health field, striving to de-stigmatize the idea of asking for help, providing support, and to start necessary conversations. I work with clients who would like to build their own strength, identify coping strategies and heal from issues that have not been dealt with yet. I have a passion for helping women of color improve their mental health and overall wellbeing through therapy. I use various clinical methods to help clients process situations, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
