I have been dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs for over 30 years, specializing in helping them regulate their emotions and develop self-management skills. My background includes Special Education (MS), Mindfulness (CMIP, RYT-200), Wellness (CWP) and DEI initiatives.
