I enjoy working with clients struggling with addiction, trauma, depression/anxiety, life transitions, codependency, and relationship concerns. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART), which aims to help clients process distressing events and the negative sensations that come with it. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all gender identities, sexualities, and presentations into my office.
