I’m a mother, wellness advocate and Postpartum Support International (PSI) trained therapist who believes healing is both an art and a journey. My work centers on holding space for individuals, couples and those within the Queer community-as you move through the tender terrain of intimacy, sexuality, identity, and the transformative seasons of my specialties, perinatal mental health, communication and sex therapy.
