I am a licensed mental health therapist with many years of experience providing therapy to individuals, adolescents, groups, and occasionally couples in various settings. My experience has led me to connect with many individuals at different phases in their lives who wanted to change something but didn't know how. I have worked with various populations from so many backgrounds, and all that stuck out to me was the disfranchised. A person losing their sense of autonomy and self always left me with that question, "Can I do more?" In my journey as a provider, I want to uplift my clients and remind them they have always had a voice and power that is waiting.
