My ideal clients would be kids, teens, and young adults that want to work on anxiety, depression, or just adjusting to life. Growing up and figuring out who you are is hard, and big feelings are likely to arise - I would love to provide an additional support system. A client that is willing to talk and make art about what is going on in their life in a safe, nonjudgmental environment would be ideal, as I am an art therapy intern.
