I provide a warm, open, and non-judgmental space for teenagers and young adults to work through and grapple with their identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is individualized and adaptable - allowing my clients to find a voice as well as a sense of empowerment and self-discovery through their experience with therapy. I strive to practice therapy through a structurally competent lens - keeping in mind how racist and rigid structures and systems in this modern life affect the mental health and well-being of the individual.
