In my practice, I focus on setting clear goals and tailoring treatment to meet those goals. I meet my clients where they are. If my client(s) wants to work on problems with daily struggles, difficulties reaching their full potential, or improving their marriage, I will help them achieve that. If they want to deal with symptoms of a mood or anxiety disorder, than I will leverage my extensive training with these conditions to help achieve symptom reduction. Throughout the treatment process, I can call upon various methods of psychotherapy, but I always maintain a clear vision to guide our work.
