Our minds can hold conflict within that influences how we move throughout the world, and our experiences impact how we handle the conflict. Whether that be from loss, life changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, or ADHD, our responses can change. Self-awareness, self-acceptance, and showing up for ourselves can incite the growth we seek. Someone holding a private, safe space for us to unload and sift through the clutter in our minds provides a gift to ourselves of more room in our life to move away from internal conflicts and toward where we want to be.
