Client's who seek my professional help have common goals, and that is to feel happy, have purpose, a sense of belonging, feel worthy, and have confidence in their pursuits. Everyday stressors from, self doubt, relationship issues, and life challenges increase anxiety to where one can feel lost, down, misunderstood, and all the weight becomes too hard to bear. However, when intention and self-work are exercised, wholeness can be reached.
