I am a clinical psychologist who does work with adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups on a wide variety of mental health and wellness topics including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, maternal mental health, parenting and life transitions. My goal is to listen to each client, and understand what he/she wants and needs to support growth towards an increased state of self-awareness, life satisfaction, and relationship fulfillment. Helping to create a relationship with clients that facilitate change, which includes trust, respect, and confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. I focus on altering self-defeating ways, gaining perspective, increasing insight that leads to change, which improves the quality of our relationships and life.
