About

​As a bilingual Spanish-speaking mental health professional, I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and a wide range of life stressors. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021 and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University. My clinical experiences include community mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation programs, group psychotherapy, and school settings. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs.
