Are you seeking to understand your child and bring harmony to your family dynamics? Are your childhood wounds seeping through current relationships? Relationships are complex and messy. Learning to master the skill of repair, reconnection, and healthy boundary setting can promote growth and resilience. Over the past 12 years, I have specialized helping young children (ages 0-12), teens, and their parent's process trauma and decrease behavior challenges, parenting issues, family issues, divorce, and parent-child relational issues. In tandem, I also help adults discover their inner child wounds as well as relieve issues with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
