I created HOPE Couple and Family Therapy to serve individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with illness. Whether physical (such as diabetes, cancer, stroke, etc.) or mental (such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, etc.), HOPE focuses on healing relationships that have been damaged by these illnesses. Goals of therapy can include decreasing stress, getting relief from trauma, and improving current and future wellness.
