I work with individuals who want to process through difficult emotions to create healthier patterns in their life. I believe that each individual should have the opportunity to know and understand their authentic self. My goal is to create a safe space, free of judgment, where you can feel supported and begin your healing journey. By meeting you wherever you are, we can begin to identify the negative patterns that are hindering your growth. I believe that when you are able to share your story without feeling shame or guilt, you will begin to feel empowered and will be able to create meaningful change in your life! My specialty is in treating women and young adults. My therapeutic process is rooted in person-centered therapy, with an emphasis on empathy and unconditional positive regard. I utilize mindfulness, strengths-based, trauma focused, and CBT in my sessions. I help my clients gain a new perspective on their issues and embrace the happiness they deserve.
