Hi! I'm a licensed therapist with experience working with individuals and couples to process through the impacts of trauma, difficulties within relationships, self-esteem, OCD, depression, and anxiety that may prevent them from living the life they envision. As a military veteran, I have a passion and drive to help military, law enforcement, and first responders navigate the difficulties that come with stressful work life balance, and break the stigma of receiving outside supports.
