I believe that every person is on a journey to create a life of meaning, authenticity, and connection, even in the face of challenges. Healing begins when we feel truly seen and accepted. In our work together, I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, clarify your values, and begin to live more fully. I take an Existential-Humanistic approach which is collaborative, focused not only on symptom relief but on fostering deeper self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and existential questions that shape your life: Who am I? What do I want? How can I live more authentically?
