I am one of the proud owners of Blackbird Counseling, LLC. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families to support their mental health journey. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) alongside my clinical intuition. This allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, guiding them toward healing and growth with empathy.
