Meagan Roth, LAC, helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by providing a supportive, grounded space for healing and growth. Practicing in New Jersey through LifeStance Health, she offers individual therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults, including those navigating early adulthood, midlife, or complex transitions. Meagan brings both clinical knowledge and compassion to her work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She is especially passionate about helping individuals work through PTSD, grief, and post-partum depression or anxiety.
