We all carry different parts within us, some that protect, some that carry pain, and others that quietly long to be seen. In therapy, I help clients gently turn toward these parts with curiosity and compassion, creating space for healing and self-understanding to unfold. Everyone’s journey is different, and therapy provides a space to explore what truly matters to you. Together, we will work toward self-discovery, emotional well-being, and creating a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems as well as trauma-informed and attachment-based principles.
