With nearly 15 years of experience, my passion continues to grow as I witness the positive changes my clients have made toward personal growth. I work to provide a path to lifestyle changes for individuals seeking healthier ways of coping with depression, anxiety, grief, and/or relationship issues—as well as life stressors.
