Hello, my name is Mecah Paris, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about how therapy has changed and improved my life and hope it can do the same for you. My approach to therapy is one of person-centered care. I would like to collaborate with you to create a safe space for you to be free to express your thoughts and feelings, free of judgment. Life is difficult at times and change can feel overwhelming. I look forward to walking with you on this journey. My clients are individuals and couples who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and experiences of trauma.
