I am most drawn to working with immigrants and their children who face the complex challenges that arise when multiple cultural identities coexist within families or individuals. Relatedly, I’m interested in helping people whose lives have been affected by marginalization due to their gender, race, religion, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other factors. I am also drawn to those affected by gender-based violence. Evidence-based practices and person-centered therapy techniques inform my treatment style.
