Together, we’ll work through what’s holding you back, using approaches that fit your needs—whether it’s exploring patterns from your past, focusing on mindfulness, or processing trauma. My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I often draw from multiple therapeutic methods to help you find relief and move forward in a way that feels meaningful. If appropriate, I incorporate EMDR to process trauma, alongside other tools to guide your healing.
