As a licensed clinical social worker, I have focused my training and passion for this work on the complex needs of women throughout the lifespan. From transitioning into independence in your 20's or entering menopause, the world can feel overwhelming, and it can feel that there is never the right, or enough, time to explore our true selves. We can get stuck in the day-to-day routines and expectations of others often denying our own dreams and goals. A universal truth - Once we start to make space for ourselves, within ourselves, time becomes more precious, and we become more in touch with our own needs and wants.
